Bryn making South African "Frikkadels"

Bryn's class had a project for history to plan a trip, no expense to great, to a country.  Her country was South Africa.  They each made a dish from that country and shared it with the rest of the class.  It was great fun and the kids did such an awesome job!

Okay so everything is hiking STRAIGHT UP!! Oh my, did we all get a fantastic cardio workout.  It was just magnificent.

Hiking in the National Forest

Kissin' in the woods! With no water, no "weapon" for the bears, and 72degrees.  It was sooooooo beautiful and amazing.

We took this just before we went through the arch to see the other side of the mountain! It was trees, treees and more trees!

Our little cabin in the "mountains" was soooooo perfect!!  The kids had fun exploring and hiking around the arch.
